Every new customer gets a full 14 day money back guarantee. No forms. No questions. No awkward conversations.
If you sign up and decide within 14 days that Vomni isn't right for you, just email hello@vomni.io and we will refund you in full. The 14 days starts from the date your account is first activated.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period after the 14 day guarantee has passed - but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Annual plans can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months after the 14 day guarantee period. If you cancel an annual plan you keep access until the end of the annual term.
If Vomni experiences a significant outage or technical failure that prevents you from using the platform for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will discuss appropriate compensation on a case by case basis. Email hello@vomni.io.
Email hello@vomni.io with your business name and the email address you signed up with. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
The 14 day guarantee is for first time customers only and applies once per business. We trust you to use it honestly - and we promise to honour it without question when you do.
